Everyone says that to make your site ranks well, you must have good number of inbound links. Do you think this is true ? ….. “Yes it is ……..”

But you should always link with relevant sites with good PR and follow other parameters also. Linking to other web sites can hurt your rankings if you link to the wrong web sites. Links to web spammers or "bad neighborhoods" on the web like FFA sites, link farms, etc. can have a negative effect on your rankings on Google and other search engines.
